This is possible by Small Group participation, organizations providing members with their own account or by making the program available to members with a non-profit discount. Our wellness plans consist of a personalized Health Risk Assessment (HRA), as well as an abundance of resources to help members feel empowered in reaching their highest potential for health. The HRA is designed to give individuals a user-friendly experience and provide clear guidance in reaching and maintaining health and wellness goals. This comprehensive evaluation is proven to effectively help one understand their overall health status and motivate members to take action toward becoming a healthier individual. Coordinators have the option to receive report summaries to aid in the progress of the group (reports do not include individual names).

All 12 Month subscribers may choose to have an interactive wellness journey by joining Wellness Coaching or Team Wellness, sessions are available with an additional fee.
